I hope they stay healthy. They've shown they can beat anybody.Playoffs should be interesting
They will probably have 3 All Stars this year. Maybe 4.I will reserve judgement until the playoffs. Only one team in recent memory have gotten to the finals without a legit superstar and that was Pistons. It can be done, but it doesn't happen often.
So did Detroit but none were superstars. They will probably have 3 All Stars this year. Maybe 4.
Duncan and Parker have been superstars. The "mentality" is what's important, not "stats". Who are the guys you turn to when things go south? Duncan and Parker were the stars needed to take over when shit went south. Also, Spurs don't have anyone who puts up superstar numbers and they are champs.
And Teague and Millsap are who the Hawks turn to when things go south. Didn't you see Teague put us away at the end of the game we played them this season? We tried to catch them but he scored at the rim two possessions in a row and we were done. Plus, they have Korver who may record a 50-50-90 season and All Star Al Horford.Duncan and Parker have been superstars. The "mentality" is what's important, not "stats". I guess it depends on who you consider a superstar. Rasheed led many teams (including two Portland teams) to the conference finals and went to the Finals twice. So did Detroit but none were superstars.
Okay first off, Teague or Millsap haven't proven shit yet in the playoffs, so I'll reserve judgment until I see what they do in the post season. And Teague and Millsap are who the Hawks turn to when things go south. Sheed was never a superstar and I was a big Sheed fan. And as I already mentioned... The Pistons were the only team without a superstar to win it all.I guess it depends on who you consider a superstar. I didn't think we were contenders, if that's what you mean.Furthermore, did you think we sucked last year until we won a round in the playoffs. No, you were talking WCF even though none of our players have been there. The Hawks are the clear favorite in the East. It's not close right now.
Millsap wasn't leading Utah that year.Millsap has been to the WCF.
