Haha Bruno I was just going to post it was either an epic reverse jinx, or you were just trying to motivate him.

I got your back ;)

Thats ok. I guess i make a bad statement. lol.

@BrunoSOC This is the difference between being a good poster and being a bad poster. Owning when you're wrong and showing up on this thread with how it looks just two months later is respectable. The posters who disappear after posts like this and who will show back up when (if?) the Blazers lose again are the ones who are garbage.

cough blazem11 cough blazem11 cough blazem11.

I don't know why people always say that, it's not true at all.

People say it because questions are an opportunity to learn, and everyone, if they're asking honest questions and not rhetorical ones (or troll questions like "Are the Sacramento Kings For Real?") then there's an opportunity to teach.

"Why do the guys in robes have laser swords?" might sound like a dumb question for a Star Wars fan, but it's a golden opportunity to engage someone and bring them up to speed.

Yes, Dame is carrying the team lately, but that doesn't disprove that the winning percentage has been better when he's out.

The real question is, why did the team morale improve so markedly? That's the gist of the question of this thread. Whatever addressed it is the important answer.
NOAH VONLEH was a huge cancer!

This is no different than the circus freaks who bitch and whine about Player A or B in the game thread on Page 2 and said player is killing it on Page 8 and you hear nothing from them. #MagicAreAGoodTeam #SunsBeatRocketsTheyAreGoingToTheFinals #WarriorsAreTrash #64Wins

this make me laugh. love you guys btw, this is the best forum.

Curious how you say Circus Freaks and how it translates in Portuguese?

When I was in Rio working, I asked my driver if he could just ,"shoot me down to the cleaners to grab my pants"....... he froze, gave me a dirty looked and kicked me out the taxi!

Dumb questions and opportunities to teach are not mutually exclusive phenomenon.

Still desperately clinging to your small sample size argument.

It's the only sample we've got, size be damned.

Simple, leaders lead, and Damian Lillard is one of the best leaders in the NBA. Which makes the original question in the subject line of this thread, and your stance on the issue, look even more ridiculous now than two months ago.

I didn't take a stance, I responded to a quote of 2-month old context. Nothing has changed with respect to what Bones quoted, because sample size.

There are no dumb questions.
.... just dumb people.

Half the people in this world are below average....

I'm safe. My post only said that anyone should be available for the right price..... and right now my right price would probably be Giannis or Anthony Davis.

Sorry. Call me a homer but NEITHER of those cats has Dame's intangibles nor his health. I'm not trading him for either of them.

WTF has Davis really done besides get injured near every season? Duncan aside (he was really a center IMO), when has a team built around a PF and won it all?

Shiiiiiit....

I'm keeping Dame.

I will say this: I think Dame has taken two steps ahead of CJ. I think there was a lot of people who thought they were pretty close in terms of talent/impact, but Dame has moved into the conversation of maybe being a top 10 player. CJ is maaaaaaybe top 20, probably closer to top 30. He hasn't really had a great season. I still think CJ is the best candidate to trade for someone that would balance out our starting lineup.

Bird played PF for the first 2 titles he won. Duncan was definitely a PF the first half of his career (first 3 titles). Dirk won one as well.

By the same token, how many titles have been won by teams built around players 6'3" or smaller?

You and your facts and shit... I clicked on your red font too... Lol

Actually no. It kind of depends on what you call average but even if you say average would be 50%. Then below would be 49.9% and that is a little less than half. Then there is a little problem when some consider a C grade or 70% or above average. Both are not really "Half".

That explains why I fall in the ‘below’ category. 50 + 49.9 = 100

Small sample size against some trash teams (yes, Chicago is a trash team).

You're asking foquestions based on a sample size so small it cant produce legitimate answers.

They're simply playing better, so they're having more fun.
