Are you surprised of the Photo with Tim Duncan and Tony Parker pointing guns.. (1 Viewer)

It's obviously a Halloween party..... who the hell cares?

David Stern and the San Antonio Spurs probably care.

Well then they should probably file criminal chages.... because the obvious intent is to eventually kill Crawford.

The question is... would anyone stop them?

I bet you if this was Lillard and Aldridge pointing guns at a fake ref for fun, fans would be up in arms about it.

Duncan and Parker (well, apart from the sleeping with teammate's wives thing) have amassed enough "good guy" credit to get away with this. I think it's pretty funny. Unless it turns out either is a member of the NRA, in which case I shall be outraged.

It looks rather over the top to me.

What are they supposed to be dressed up as, anyway? Is Parker Nick Fury?

I bet David Robinson would never do anything like this. Robinson must be really ashamed.

meh, its a dress up party - who gives a shit.

mountain ---> molehill

The potential "problem", these days, is that anything anyone does can become very public. I suppose it then boils down to whatever degree of accountability that person(s) is willing to bear. :dunno:

Who cares? It was a private Halloween party amongst friends.

I do and say all sorts of dumb shit when I'm at friends' house, or my own home, just chilling. I'm sure everyone here does (though people don't hesitate to judge others for their indiscretions). Tim and Tony should have the right to do the same, celebs or not.

If anything, Timmy and Parker should be mad at that gangster hood rat Jackson for releasing the god damn picture!

I'm sure you said the same thing when Oden's nude picture got out to the public.

Unless Oden hung out all the time with his wang out at Halloween parties (which I suppose is possible) then this is an entirely different situation.

The difference is Duncan and Parker were holding fake weapons. Oden could use his thing to club baby seals.

Not really. I didn't care one way or another. None of my business. I mean, I wouldn't take pictures of myself nude and send them out, given today's social media craze, but if that's what people want to do, that's their choice.

Now, if hot chicks want to send me pics, then I would definitely approve.

I'm pretty sure his hang-down was a baby seal.

But really, two very different situations. Most people weren't offended by Oden's pic. The response was more, "Well, that was dumb and immature." With this, I've seen some comments where people were like, "Joking around with guns, real or not, is not appropriate." Yadda yadda yadda.

This reminds me of the time when I took a picture of little boys and sold them to old men.

Well money talks and I would bet this Jackson character got some kind of recegnition for it. Did Duncan and Parker really believe this picture was going to be kept secret?

This Jackson character? Stephan Jackson is their teammate.

That's frickin' hilarious. Spur-of-the-moment actions, meant to be funny.

Unless, of course, one of them spoke the phrase, "Hi, PapaG."
