He has since issued an apology.



The Timberwolves also issued a statement:

“We are disappointed in the language and actions Anthony Edwards displayed on social media,” the Timberwolves said in a statement on Monday afternoon. “The Timberwolves are committed to being an inclusive and welcoming organization for all and apologize for the offense this has caused for so many.”

This didn’t bother me. He was just chilling. Many gays have adapted queer to name their sexual identity (I personally find it ridiculous). And I hear black men call each other the n word all the time.
