Analytically it makes sense to shoot a ton of them, but the game is less interesting in that there is basically no offensive strategy anymore besides get up as many threes as you can.

The Warriors look good doing it. But they also attack the paint.

Ball movement, player movement, rebounding and defense is still the best way to win. But you have to get talented players and shooters sold on doing that.

They had the 3 point shot in the 90s and 2000s, of course, though. Speaking of 90s, remember when they moved the three point line in closer for a season? By the way, last night, the Heat shot 38% from the three point line and the Celtics shot 23% from the 3 point line. Heat made 14 threes. Celtics made 8 threes. Celtics won in a blowout.

Yeah, but LeBron would just blow through the Pistons' defense and throw down clutch dunks play after play. Doncic doesn't quite play like that. Doncic is more like James Harden if James Harden didn't suck in the playoffs.
