Also, not a single person on the broadcasting team OR Boston sideline was contesting Marcus Smart technical.

Given the circumstances I would assume there would be at least a little chatter if it were a questionable one.

I don't want to speak for him but I don't think @KSF-ERIC is saying that Smart definitely shouldn't have been given his tech. I think he's making a very familiar complaint, that I've made and a lot of others have as well. Technical fouls are called unevenly and in this specific case Dray has always had way too long of a leash. That dude gets to go crazy about calls and not get T'd up for it. The Dray thing is the opposite of what happened with Sheed back in the day... Dray is so demonstrative that they only call techs on him when he goes way over the line otherwise they'd just be throwing him out of every game. He's still a league leader in techs, he just gets away with way more than anyone else. He is to technical fouls what PatBev is to reaching in and hand checking... they've just beaten the refs into submission.
 
So far, the Heat have had a total of 2 great quarters out of 12, but that's all they needed for a 2-1 lead. That's just crazy to me.

His post was “How is that a technical…” — when he doesn’t know what Marcus Smart said, but he does know what Draymond said (and did).

So you’re comparing apples to oranges.

*IF* Marcus Smart said “that’s bullshit” or something lesser and got a technical then what you said would be applicable.

But once again, considering they were showing him saying the F word (after he was tossed) and NO one complaining about the technical, I highly, highly doubt that he said “that’s bullshit”.

but I do agree that technicals are rather subjective, but my one and only point was you can’t say “how’s that a technical” when you don’t know what was said.

For instance, the Tim Duncan technical for laughing. That would be a justified “uhh how’s that a technical”.

Keeps wearing a shirt the same color as GS jerseys. And stands with his hands out whenever he can on the bench when GS is at that end.

Ref was caught on audio asking him to change his shirt, but he ignored it.

This is after Cuban was fined another 100k for poor bench decorum
