Yeah, their defense will take a serious step backwards. Also, OKC already had an iffy bench and lack of depth before this injury.
I bet they try and trade for depth. How they do it, idk.

Yeah, I'm sure they will want to, but they don't have a lot to trade. Maybe they would be willing to trade Ferguson for vet depth, as he still has "potential". Maybe they attach Nick Collison to it and try to get something for him before he retires.

Paul George to officially replace Cousins in the all-star game. Players whine and then get in. Is that what you said, Westbrook?

He died right? Wasn't he from Portland?
Yeah. He used to hang out at Dots Cafe on SE Clinton street. Stabbed himself in the heart with a kitchen knife.

The NW division just took another injury blow.

Roberson.

Late News I see. Like fake news, but dumber. :smack:

They have to trade Boogie or lose him for nothing....he's a free agent....I'll bet they could get Tyson Chandler for him or Deandre Jordan right now.
How can they possibly trade him? Who is going to offer anything for a player that will not play for his new team under his current contract?

Someone could treat him as an expiring and might attach a pick to shed their bad deal. Wizards could offer Mahinmi and a 2018 protected first round pick. That's all you can get for Boogie. Not worth it when chances are he will agree to resign with Pels .

Not the most flattering photo in the world...
Y'all looking at the dude on the right. I'm looking at the kid in the middle dribbling down a hallway with a big-ass sign saying "no ballhanding in the lobby or mezzanine."

Yikes, OKC has been a completely different team defensively when Roberson is out. That one could cost them a couple wins.
They have something like a 20pt differential when Roberson's off the floor.

Edit:
From ESPN Stats and Info:
RW/PG/Melo/Adams plus Roberson: 539 minutes, 95.9pts/100 possessions
RW/PG/Melo/Adams plus anyone else: 402 minutes, 114.5pt/100 possessions

Yea that’s just insane. I remember when we played them without Roberson during a bad offensive stretch and we still put up 115 or something. Wouldn’t be suprised if they finish 8th with a first rd exit and PG looking for greener pastures.

Westbrook is 3/14... in the first half. Keep gettin those numbers, Russ.

C'mon man, he's just trying to be a good teammate and help PG13 get his trip-dubs, too.

If PG passes to Russ and he shoots it and it goes in, assist. Ching!
If PG passes to Russ and he shoots and misses, PG should be crashing the boards to get the rebound. Ching! Then he can pass it back to Russ to shoot again and start it all over again.

PG to PHI needs to happen.
