True. But Draymond Green's history of such actions prompted the NBA to make a rule regarding such to apply to all players. The refs can't be taking individual histories into account when calling fouls, including those of the technical variety. Otherwise you end up with Rasheed Wallace situations.

I gotta say. San Antonio playoff run is pretty amazing when you consider getting lucky with Kawhi, dumping shitty contracts onto other teams and stealing other team's franchise players. I mean winning 5 titles. That's up their with the greateat dynasties ever....
