Regressed? Don't you actually have to be good at some point to regress? Wiggins so far is a huge waste of talent.
He put up 24 ppg and 17 PER last year. Down to 18 ppg and a pretty pathetic 13 PER.

I suppose it's more accurate to say he hasn't developed.

Not surprised at all that his points went down this year with Butler on the team. But his PER should have stayed the same or even got better.

I have never cared for him as a player though. When people said trade CJ for him I almost puked (and I open to dealing CJ).

He's definitely becoming more Michael Beasley than LeBron like what was touted before the draft.

For a comparison look at the per 36 stats and also the defensive rating per 100 possessions.

Wasn't really sure where to put this, but it didn't seem worthy of it's own thread...

Trail Blazers fans' new LeBron James billboard goes up in Portland

Looks like the morons behind this stupid campaign met their Go Fund Me goal to actually put up a sign disrespecting and insulting LeBron James. Seriously, third option??? WTF?? LeBron is nobody's second option. Do they actually think telling LeBron the people of Portland think he would be the third fiddle behind Dame and C.J. will make him want to play here?

So, not only did they waste their money on something that is never going to happen, they have helped insure that it won't. Good job dumb asses.

BNM

Why sugar coat it?

LeBron will go to whatever team he wants to. He can opt in CP3 style.
Except why would Cleveland want Ryan Anderson? Houston doesnt have the picks to make it worth it, and they dont jave the contracts to match that salary. I dont beleive they can clear the cap space either. I don't see how LeBron ends up there.

Holy shit Philly is good. Simmons is amazing.
I can't think of a better rookie since LeBron. His passing is amazing and he finds ways to score without shooting. (He hasn't shot a single 3, I think.)

I asked a while back who were the three players who'd averaged a triple double over the last ten games. He was the third (and the only one undefeated.)

He's on 15pts without any real shooting. As a rookie. What a player.

Huh? Houston?? Why would he go there? I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying LeBron can switch teams just like Chris Paul did. :dunno:

Jimmy Butler coming back tonight. Should be an interesting thing to watch for potential playoffs ramifications.

All the analysts told me Cleveland's defense got better at the trade deadline! :smiley-195517897341

Fultz looks great. Their role players mesh so well.

And they are doing this without Embiid.

Redick was a great pickup for them. Exactly the kind of lights out floor spacing shooter they needed for guys like Simmons and Fultz to thrive.

LeBron is so out of Cleveland.

And they got him back with three games left too.... Perfect amount of game time to bang the dust off the Nikes.
True. However, Butler is coming off of a torn meniscus in his knee. Hopefully he isn't coming back too soon to help ensure his team makes the playoffs.
