I just remember Mariota having an MCL sprain a few years ago, and it severely limited his mobility. Curry is another guy that relies pretty heavily on his mobility. It could really limit his effectiveness.
True. This could be a game changer in this year's playoffs. I know Rudy Gobert had an mcl sprain that kept him out about 7 weeks this year. But I think that might have been a grade 2 sprain.

Greg Monroe missed two games with a grade 1 strain this year. Average time missed was two weeks for all players.

Isn't an MCL sprain a very mild tear?

From what I understand, every 'sprain' is a tear of some kind. Just goes from very minor to a complete 'rupture'.

Of course I could be wrong, I am just a back-seat poster. ;)

Yeah, that was my understanding as well.

Sometimes these nagging injuries can have more of an impact than expected. He comes back, is rusty, his timing is off, his shots is off. The team has trouble adjusting back and forth to playing with him then without him.

Not to mention how playing on injuries can accidentally lead to other more severe injuries. Does Curry still fall and sprain his knee if his ankle was 100 percent?

how pissed is LMA right now? :biglaugh:

It is. but it doesn't effect your ability to walk/every day activity.
It more effects you when you go to push off on it or plant. The knee feels weak & unstable.
He possibly might not have full range of motion in his knee at the moment.
But this two week timetable isn't set in stone. If I'm the Warriors he doesn't play play if it medically his knee isn't 100%.
If the Warriors let Curry play and he pulled a Rose...

Those are stars, not super stars. San Antonio is the rare team that doesn't drop off when the latter is missing from the equation.

Literally has nothing to do with the post I quoted about "best player" nor does it have to do with my post.
You don't think Kawhi or Lillard are superstars? Okay...

Wow, the Hornets just tied up the series with the Heat and they did that without Batum.

Justin Anderson with the super cheap shot on Westbrook. That was some full on bullshit. I hope they suspend him for a couple games at the start of next season. That's some unsafe shit.

I thought Durants was worse.

Westbrook was a dumbass putting himself in the position to begin with - no reason for him to be on the floor with the game already won. Any shot he took at that point was a fair shot, IMO.

The guy led with his elbow and then hit him AGAIN with his elbow while he was on the ground. It was intentional.

Basically, westbrook can thank Durant for the little elbow he got.

Dirty play by Anderson. IDC if you're Westbrook hater #1, that shit was whack.

Durants was intentional too. And worse looking. And he didn't get suspended...

And in both cases, the game was decided. I bet Durant won't do that shit again.

And I highly doubt that Anderson would've done that if he hadn't gotten hit by durant.

So what? Don't care. Westbrook NEVER should have been on the floor. He got what he deserved for putting himself in a position he never should have been in.

Jeff Ayres (formerly Pendergraph) hasn't really gotten any time with the Clippers. Didn't he get more playing time with the Spurs last season?

Honestly if Charlie V is gonna act like a punk ass then he outta just sit back and handle this...

Westbrook killin him off the court again

I wish the Blazers could get Paul George...
Pacers up after one 35-20.

Raptors cut it to 3.
PG comes back in Pacers push it back to 11 behind 7 points from PG.
Raptors call timeout.
