I think the Portland series took a lot out of the Warriors swagger...we got them to fear losing again
 
Dikembe Mutombo is one of my all time favorite players.

He says Biyombo "doesn't really need permission" to do the finger wag. Both are from the same country (Congo) and Mutombo is a big fan of what Biyombo has been able to accomplish this season.
 
The warriors are in their own heads. Playing like 5 Meyers Leonard's out there.

Yeah, I've never heard a word about banning BGD from anyone, mods or otherwise.

That's why I'm so huge on Cj Bc the dude has perfect shot selections. Lillard will be better tho

CJ doesn't get the attention Lillard does and also has the 2nd best defending guard guarding him. He's also not counted on to take over games in the clutch. That's the difference between their efficiency's.
 
The good thing about OKC beating the Warriors, is that now maybe our conference won't be embarrassed by the LeBrons.
 
The other good thing is that now with all the negative press maybe the Warriors won't be the Golden Child of the NBA. That would be great.

I don't think we have the personnel to. Aminu and Henderson are prolly our only real physical defenders. Even if we had the leeway from refs, I don't think we would have been able to slow Curry et al down. Our guys just aren't built that way. Dame gets blown by every time, CJ isn't physical, Hark is still learning, Plums is pretty plumless at the rim. Ed is alright, but he's too thin to cause much damage when bumping cutters, etc. Crabbe is not fundamentally sound.

Just night and day when it comes to OKC, when they're solid and physical defensively 1-5. KD is playing the best defense I've ever seen from him.

Yeah, I don't want CLE to get a championship - at all. But that sentiment applies even more strongly to OKC and Durant. This is definitely a lesser-of-evils for me, and I'll be disappointed either way. Pretty much like Hillary vs Trump - screwed either way.

Henderson? Or do you mean Harkless? I never saw physical D from Hendo on a regular that I can recall, but I do recall Hark getting in some mugs...

In theory, I agree. But that team doesn't deserve a championship. If they were actually a championship-worthy team then they'd be my preferred choice - but they're not.
