Several years ago, new rules Europeanized the NBA. Now players run more miles per game (lateral, not fast breaks), exhausting them.

The biggest guys like the older Chamberlain and Jabbar used to take plays off. They would remain downcourt while their teammates went 4 on 5. Now the old/big guys get games off. Except that some on your list aren't old or big.
 
Porzingis respects and compliments Green, so Green uses it to get a chip on his shoulder and go after Porzingis? What?
 


Reggie Jackson was apparently the target of the team's criticism in their "meeting." So he decided to not shoot til late in the first half.

You have this, the fiasco in Sac, Noel beefing with management, etc, etc.

We suck on defense but at least we don't have prima donnas on the team.
 
Shit if George Hill was actually playing (he's only played 11 games), he would be a candidate to keep Dame off the All Star team.
 
with how bad the heat and perhaps more interestingly the wiz have been showing so far it makes me curious when, and who is going to get trades moving over there. the wiz are practically the blazers of the east, its pretty much the same team as last year, and they were a playoff team two years ago, and just missed it last year despite having the same record as 8 seed rockets in the west, but with perhaps even higher valued players than what we have.
and then there is pat riley, the dude is known for making trades that make people shake their heads, but more often than not, it works out for the better for him....
 
If I was the NBA I would fine players that not injury taking nights off. They want alot of money and most do make alot money but the fans are helping to pay for there contract. So taking off it unacceptably to me. The old guys that play properly call them pussy.

Fine them, and distribute the amount of the fine back to the fans in attendance. $100K fine, 20K fans--everyone in the arena gets five bucks as an apology.
 
That game was absolutely fantastic. Celtics v Knicks was a bit of a crazy affair, start was quite slow but since the second half of second quarter it got properly good. Cavaliers v Warriors was pure class in terms of quality, love myself some good evening NBA on Christmas!

Spurs v Bulls looks like routine Spurs win so far. 17-2 now.

Aldridge has 25 points on 11-12 shooting. Bulls have somehow crawled back into it, Spurs still ahead by 5. Slow game from Spurs backcourt, Green, Parker, Ginobili and Mills have 2 points between them in 45 playing minutes.
