I love Tommy T's podcast. Here's him and his regular hit with former college and NBA teammate Steve Kerr. At about 34 minutes in Steve starts reflecting on his Trailblazers days

Maxey, Cunningham, Brunson, Mitchell all solidly ahead of him. How many American guards from the east gonna get in?

Could be arguable that Kel'el Ware has actually been more impactful for them than Powell has.

it's not by position anymore

still, going to be tough for Powell to make it

Also Josh Giddey and maybe Bane.
Houston was 21-11 after 32 games last season. Houston is 21-11 currently, while playing a very road heavy schedule.
I dunno why I replied...
Ok. So Houston traded Brooks for a HOFer and the record didn’t change while Phoenix improved greatly. KD’s time as a difference maker has passed him by.

there are always crazy results every season in the NBA

for instance, OKC just got clobbered by 27 points, at home, by Charlotte. Charlotte was hot and OKC couldn't throw it in the ocean.

for the season, OKC raced out to a 26-3 record (73 win pace). But over the last 8 games they are 4-4. Cracks in the armor.

Comparing human cigars: Pat Connaughton played one more minute for Charlotte in that game than Hansen Yang did in ours.

You really do need to play to find out in the NBA.

Yep. We beat them when they were good. Now, anyone can beat them.
