It's funny remembering how many here didn't want Anthony Black in an Anfernee trade. Black might be the Magic's best player this season. We would have loved to get this guy back for Anfernee.
Huh? Black is very inconsistent and is averaging 15.8 ppg. He’s not the best player on any team. And I’d rather have Jrue.

I don't remember anyone hating on Black, but there was never any chance of getting him for Anfernee (alas).

Black's development does suggest that Suggs might be available, though. I wouldn't want to give up too much for him because he's very rarely healthy, but when he is, he's a game-changing defender.

Good or bad? I really am trying to learn when you’re supposed to hate or acknowledge greatness. Be patient with me.

ONCE AGAIN I WILL TELL YOU stats are ethically neutral. It's why and how you got them that determines if you as a player are ethical.

I'm watching our second game of the season against the Warriors and like, we win that by 20, but it's very obvious we are a lot more focused now than we were in October. We run the offense and defense better now than we did then. We are a better team now than we were then. And that is kind of remarkable to see.

(unfortunately, watching Yang get his first big shift of the game... he's just as uncoordinated as my oldest kid, who is 12. I wonder now if Yang's also secretly a really good artist and has to do basketball because he's so tall)

(also holy shit Blake Wesley is fast... reminds me of Crash Wallace)

Jimmy Butler just went down with what looked like a potentially serious knee injury. The Warriors may be in some trouble with us on their heels.
another warriors flash tank incoming; it's their way.

This just in from Coach Kerr:
Kuminga starts next game.

145 points scored by Toronto is the most they've scored this season, against Golden State tonight in their 145-127 victory.
59% from the field, 62% on three-pointers. Toronto led the entire game, except for the 0-0 tie for the first 19 seconds of the first quarter.
