You admit you don't like Stotts.
You admit that you didn't have enough info to make your biased statement.

This is why I'm calling your shot at Stotts Bush league.
You literally created a strawman, burned it on Stotts head, and expected people to swallow that crap while not being called on it.

No one's in any contest. Pissing, shitting, or eating.

I'm simply calling your assessment exactly what it is:

Bullshit.

And you certainly weren't "talking ball" nor were you trying to.

You were just taking a bullshit shot at Stotts.
Just stop, man. This is what I said in response to the bold:

There's not a lot of other explanations for the defensive improvement other than coaching.
Full season with Nurk? Concerted effort from Dame? Facing MANY opponents at less than full strength?
Honestly, I don't see anything in particular that Stotts is doing differently - aside from not switching EVERY screen...he doesn't deserve credit for NOT doing the dumbest shit (anymore).
Dame and Nurk (and Ed and Bazz) deserve the credit for our improved D. If Stotts ever decides to add depth to his playbook (on either end of the floor) then maybe he can get some credit too...but the bitch is basic.

I gave potential reasons to why our defense may have improved, other than coaching. That's not talking ball?

You don't know what a straw man argument is. What I wrote is not a straw man argument. In fact, what you're doing is much closer to being a straw man argument.

Executive Summary: Wiggins is an overrated chucker.

Detailed explanation: His PER and TS% are very low relative to his USG%. What that means is he uses up a lot of positions in a very inefficient manner.

BNM
That and he makes his team worse defensively (DBPM); he makes his team worse overall (BPM); his team would be better by replacing him with an average NBA player (VORP)--basically, he's not really all that good.

Won't be long until the Warriors are locked into the 2 seed. I wonder if Boucher might get some PT before the playoffs start.

Not if we keep winning. Right now, Warriors' magic number for two seed is 6. Blazers ain't losing anytime soon.

Reality check: Even if the Blazers win their final 15 games to finish the season on a 26-game winning streak, all the Warriors need to do is beat the remaining lottery bound teams on their schedule. Hell, even that gives them a one game buffer.

They have 3 games left against PHO, two against SAC, one against ATL and one against LAL. Even if they slip up and lose one of those games, AND lose every single game against playoff bound teams AND Portland wins out, GSW would STILL get the 2nd seed.

Believe smarter!

Warriors don't have Curry, Klay, or Iggy. They could go on a long losing streak. Even this year's Rockets team had a 5 game losing streak earlier in the year. Also- we can't end the season on a 26 game winning streak. It would be a 25 game winning streak. Believe smarter indeed.

Hey, you lost ClownTown at “Reality Check”

And I actually get compared to THIS guy as a poster on here?

West vs East is a joke! Look at the 76ers Record in p6 with 36:30, that's a big fucking joke, they would be in p11 in the West with that Record. The whole East is a big joke man. The nba has to do something man

So, we go 25-0 and GSW goes 6-9 with a MUCH easier schedule (3 games against PHO and 2 against SAC), and they STILL get the 2nd seed.

Neither of those things are happening let alone both.

Sigh... Someone actually does like pissing contests.

I know what you responded to. And you responded by making up fake reasons to use as a biased cudgel with which to hit Stotts.

Plain and simple.

Well, Sly is married, so I guess ANYTHING is possible.

Golden State 51-16
Portland 41-26
LA Lakers 31-36

And JinxSpeed thinks we will overtake the Dubs for 2nd, That would kinda be like the same chances as LA passing US right? Who are we rooting for tonight?

Okay mister "I'd be okay with a loss to the Lakers because I'm realistic about things".

A Ferrari and a lifted Hummer H1 can be compared quite easily. Some people like them but both are of little use to most of us.

Khris Middleton is a guy I would keep an eye on to possibly be moved in the offseason. The Bucks are now on the outside looking in for the playoffs and there have been reports of major changes possibly coming this summer. I’m not sure he is that happy there either.

He is under contract for next year and then has a player option for 2020. They may want to move him before he leaves on his own. He could be a ‘missing piece’ type guy for us.

Maybe I should add "delusional" to my criticism of Wiggins. Did LaMarcus REALLY think he was going to be The Man on a team that already had Kawhi and Duncan?

BNM
Wes, broken down, wanted to go somewhere and be "The man", both hilarious and sad.

I so badly want the Spurs to miss the playoffs. It would just be the sweetest icing on the cake. He will represent the downfall of an empire to Spurs fans. I love it.

I don't know if it would be a good thing. Not because of the EXTREME SATISFACTION it would give me. But I would immediately begin trolling every Spurs board and get kicked off a number of forums within a matter of minutes. So maybe I will need to cut off computer and phone access for a couple of days if the Spurs don't make it.
