You couldn't be more wrong. Then you say he moves into his path like that matters. C'mon man. Are we really going to start telling players what spaces they can occupy and when? AS was stupid for that second foul, plain and simple.

We should never tell players what spaces to occupy on the floor save say the key. And you can occupy the key if you want just only for 2.9 seconds at a time.

Ginobili legally occupied a space on the floor and was displaced from his legal spot by an illegal defender.

Changing this would mean pushing is legal. Then our game is changed to football instead.

Russ dissed him in that sound bite about the allstar selections and they have gotten into it twice if I'm not mistaken on the court recently. Probably didn't want to give him any props, since the media does that enough.
