Technically, that's a regular season career high. He scored 46 in Game 1 against HOU in the 20154 playoffs.

Still, given the magnitude of the game, and the defense he was playing against, that's a pretty impressive game. He also had more BLKs than Gobert and Favors combined.

Imagine if we get the Spurs in the playoffs, and then lose to them because we can't stop Aldridge.

Put Nurk on him. Although Aldridge will take an occasional 3-pointer, he only makes 0.4 per game. OT's not a big [art of his game. Overall, he's playing closer to the basket than he has in years and gets most of his points between 0 - 16 feet from the basket. We all know he hates physical play. Nurk will have him settling for soft ass 17' fade away jumpers in no time.
