Not sure if LMA is playing but hoping for the Spurs to beat OKC

I'm not sure how I feel about that game. On the one hand, if the Thunder win that snaps the Spurs "60 years in a row winning at least 50 games (prorated)" streak. But if the Spurs win, it helps the Blazers far more than the Spurs only winning 49 games this year.

So, since I can't root for the Thunder to win *puke*, I will root for the Spurs to lose more than I will root for the Thunder to lose.

No contest, Go Spurs. I only care about the Blazers, so OKC, ya gotta go down.

I think given the end of the Blazers schedule (the road trip vs Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Denver), it's not a given that the 3rd seed is theirs. So I reluctantly agree with you.

For me, I have a problem with LMA... I don't have a problem with the Spurs, so GO SPURS!

This doesn't seem to be getting the attention it deserves:

LeBron James runs double-digit streak to 866 games, tying Michael Jordan's all-time record

Sure, for a player as great as Micheal or LeBron, scoring in double digits in a full NBA game is pretty much automatic, but it also means you can't leave a game by getting ejected, injured or sick prior to scoring 10 points one time in over 11 years (in LeBron's case, or 15 years, due to multiple retirements, in Jordan's case).

It takes a very unique combination of talent and durability to achieve such an accomplishment, which is why it's only been done twice in the 70+ year history of the league.

.
actually it doesn't have to be prorated; they still won 50 games in the lockout shortened 66 game season

psst...there was another lockout year...

Remember the 98/99 season, then post.

Relative to preseason expectations, is there a more disappointing team this season than MIL? They are about to lose to the Clippers and drop to the 8th seed in the East.

Milwaukee Bucks remain grounded as Giannis Antetokounmpo continues ascension

At this time last year, MIL was 38-36. They ended up as the 6th seed and got bounced in the first round in 6 games by 3 seed TOR.

This year, they are 39-35, will likely finish 8th in the East, destined for another first round showdown with a much improved TOR team. They have actually gone backwards.

Not good for a team many thought was ready to take the next step:

"This began as a season in which the Bucks were expected to take a sizable step, most often defined as winning 50 games or so, securing one of the East’s top four seeds and advancing to the East semifinals."

I do remember that season. But I thought we were just going back to 2000.

I figured it was common knowledge they've won at least 50 games (or above 61%) since Duncans rookie year.

The 50 games since 1999 is more impressive because they still did it through a lockout.

Lol I swear you just need to keep it close with OKC until the 4th and let them beat their own damn self.
That 25 ft air ball from Westbrick is the epitome.

Aldridge still missing fourth quarter free throws wow miss him so much.

Someone has to put a compilation videos together of all the horrible 3’s Westbrook has taken and badly missed late in games. It’s pure comedy.

Now this is good, next games OKC win against Denver then Rockets beats Spurs

There should be a photo of Russ next to the term “hero ball.”

He has no business shooting threes to begin with, nevermind late in games.

The stupidity is only magnified when the one time he lets PG take the shot he fuckin nails it through contact.

George is their best player, by far. Must be frustrating for him to watch Russ (and to a lesser degree Melo) jack up stupid shot after stupid shot every night. He gone.
