But…..he IS All NBA.

Never Been Available.
I mean I love the wizards acquiring him for Middleton, Marvin Bagley, and late picks that's are basically 2nd rounders. It's worth rolling the dice he can eventually have a healthy run like Timelord gave us and if not the wizards didn't really lose anything.

But giving up Luka for Davis and only getting ONE pick from the Lakers? The Lakers had an extra unprotected pick available. You cant make this stuff up.

Was just insane on so many levels. Makes me actually want to root for the Lakers to win a title just to cement how stupid the Mavs were.

Who is that handsome man sitting on the baseline with the brown and black boots on????

Boots with the fur (with the fur)
The whole club was lookin' at her
She hit the floor (she hit the floor)
Next thing you know
Shawty got low, low, low, low, low, low, low, low

This looks pretty good

So they are looking at adding an extra division to each conference? I wonder if they will change things so that winning your division is helpful?
Right now, it means nothing. I doubt that they even have them play more games against one another. But I guess it is possible.

we know the NBA is unlikely to shorten the season in any significant way because of revenue

but with an 4-division/2-conference format:

32 games = home & home against 16 teams from other conference
+ 12 games = 4 games each against 3 division rivals
+ 36 games = 3 game series against the other 12 conference opponents

80 games

Not a bad idea from a travel standpoint. Although I am sure the fans from the teams in the best division would complain. But I would assume the "best" division would vary from year to year.

You could take the opportunity here to make the semis and finals of an in-season tournament a separate two-game thing with a big bonus payday for the four teams that make it in. That way even the finalists only play 82 games, and get paid better.
