Why?

How can someone hate David Robinson, Tim Duncan, Popovich or Wembanyama?
They always have been my second favorite team. David Robinson was my favorite player growing up.
It's precisely because you LIKE those players that you hate the Spurs... for lucking into them.

News Flash: Isaiah Thomas and MJ dislike each other.

KD is good but we as Blazers fans know the limitations of Scottie Pippen and I sincerely doubt that a KD led version of either of the three-peat Bulls rosters without Jordan would have gone three for three either time let alone both.

Thing is, KD is a very good player but I've never viewed him as #1. He strikes me more as a Rasheed Wallace player; very talented and can take over but he is not a leader.

MJ was a leader. On the Thunder, Westbrook was the leader. On the Warriors it was Curry.

What has he done himself without having some very good players and a good leader along with him.

Agree with Kingspeed, with Durrant the Bulls don't win at all (and the Blazers would have another championship)

Funny how the Bulls won 57 games, "replace" the GOAT with Pete Myers and then won 55 games. I guess he led them to 2 extra games.

Scottie could lead fine, and in fact did most of the actual leading when Jordan was there. I doubt Isiah's claim is true but if you think of it as adding KD to the 55-game-winning 93-94 team it doesn't look SO fanciful (that only lost to the Knicks in the playoffs on a dubious call, as I remember). It's kind of hilarious how much Isiah still loathes Jordan though. Almost as much as Pippen. For a great leader Jordan doesn't seem to inspire much affection.

This is an old man take. The Chief just doesn't know what people are talking about or just wanted to mention his old teammate. Everyone puts Larry Bird in the same tier as everyone Parish mentioned besides MJ. Also not weird to see him omit LeBron, Kobe, Shaq and others.

This is a nothing burger because again just about everyone considers Larry an all time great, a top ten player and people argue if he should be on the basketball Mt. Rushmore or not.

And then were mediocre the following season. Then in Jordan’s next full season, they won 72 games. They don’t do that with Pete or Kevin.
