Chandler Parsons Clap Clap ClapClapClap cheer breaking out in Memphis.
Is it sarcastic clapping?

GRizZlies might actually be top challenger to GS in West. After all, they had two solid wins over GS last season and now they're taking all comers this year. Not sure why everybody counted them out in preseason predictions.

Who do you guys have in a Grizzlies/Magic final?

I like the Grizzlies in 6 games because of experience.

Would that even be televised?

Could Layman be like this someday?
in Fantasy NBA? seriously who knows, guy is very athletic (Nba good athletic and not Meyers awful athletic (molasses slow twitch!) and seems to play decent D, if he could shoot the 3 at 37-40% 'd say heck yeah!

LOL.

I believe our biggest deficit of the season is 10 and it only happened once. That must be league best. Everyone in the league is playing comeback basketball every night. Not us. We're never down!

The Grizz don't have the guns to make that kind of noise this year

Donovan Mitchell had 22 tonight against the Lakers he real good looking rookie for Utah.

Strange...the Thunder plane hit something 25 hours ago. They guess that it was a bird, not a drone or returning spy satellite.

Was the collision at 30,000 feet, which only a dozen bird species reach, or was it upon descent?

I looked up the flight graph. Do you see any abnormal sudden loss in altitude or speed?

Dude, fucking sample size. My goodness. If I roll a dice 5 times, and it doesn't roll a 6, does that mean a 6 is less likely than everything else?

By the way you look at things, you'd answer a resounding "Yes".

It's always been about one thing for Memphis. Health and can they beat the Spurs.
So far they've shown the lack of ability to do either since they were up 2-1 on GSW(when they weren't healthy).

They should have a finals series for each month. We'd definitely get a Grizz-Magic finals for October. Pretty sure we're not going to get it for the whole season, though.

Just wondering (or asking for a friend, as MM would say), did anyone ever take responsibility for the failed blockouts on Patrick Beverly the other night?

Ball was in position to grab the rebound, and no one boxed out Mitchell, who had a running start. Ball then threw a turnover on the ensuing play, and that led to a Mitchell 3-pointer that pushed the Jazz lead back to 11 heading into the fourth. The Lakers got no closer than five after that. “That was my fault,” Ball said of the Mitchell putback dunk, which Lakers coach Luke Walton said swung the momentum. “If you think about it, that kind of changed the whole course of the game. … I should have boxed him out. Then I threw the turnover.”

And, while I am asking, has anyone heard something like this from a Blazer coach lately?
Tonight was the first time I heard #Clippers Doc Rivers curse , and that’s because he was VERY heated – “We deserved to lose. We lost the lead because our heads weren’t right for whatever reason. Maybe cuz we were 4-0, I don’t know what the f*** the reason was.” Doc Rivers continued – “We’re going to be a really good team, but we’re never going to be a good team if we play and act like that. I hate to lose, but to me, we deserved to lose tonight.”

That’s crazy... I guess anything can happen at high speeds though. Didn’t they shoot strands of hay into a tree on Mythbusters or something?

I’ve seen some shit die before though, so I’d think there would be some blood and guts. Wind isn’t gonna clean all that shit off.

It’s hilarious watching him get killed by rookies that were so obviously going to have better careers. Magic is going to go down as one of the worst front office execs ever. Got rid of Russel for nothing, and picked what is starting to look like a top 5 worst draft flop. Can’t wait to see what else they do :biglaugh:
