As the earth dies screaming

Jaysus.....first the Californians bitch about drought. Then they get a little rain and they complain about that. What's forecast for California is just another day in Oregon from mid October to mid June.......

It's not just that. The drought was hyped as caused by global warming.

Looks more like it was caused by el nino and the diversion of river water to the ocean instead of to central and southern california.

Nice doublespeak there. Like rivers naturally flow to farms and cities, and we diverted them to the ocean.

Man has been building aqueducts for millennia.

The ones to central and southern california are at least 50 years old, if not older.

The water diversion back to the oceans instead of the aqueducts started with the "drought."

The earth is crying today.
The giant sequoia tree that you could drive a car through (N. CA) just fell. It was blown over by high winds.

The earth is screaming, "Oh no, not Al Gore again!"

Sundance Braces for Snow and Chilly Weather on Opening Weekend

Park City is bracing for a slew of snow at Sundance Film Festival.

The festival locale sank to below-freezing temperatures ahead of Thursday's opening-night film An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, Al Gore's climate-change follow-up to 2006's An Inconvenient Truth.

Like tornados to mobile home parks.
