It varies by state. In Washington a person can have consensual sex at 16 years old with a person of any age.

Likely not. The victim will probably not cooperate with authorities, who are looking into the matter. The damage has been done though.

That was a blanket statement that was incorrect and what I corrected.. Get it? I don;t remember you being against Trump when a 13 year old came forward and said she was sexually assaulted by him or Roy Moore when he had sex with a 13 year old. Are you a hypocrite? :bgrin:

...I lost my cherry at 15 to a woman who was 10 years my senior...thought I was in love...soon there after she moved away and I was devastated...I think I'll hire an attorney, track her down, ruin her life, and demand money to ease my "trauma" issues.

Whats happened thus far was she signed a legal agreement and made a payment. There is no criminal anything. However, thats becsuse the police are unaware due to the payoff. Just like with Weinstein.
