Its not a blanket statement.

Underaged people cannot consent to sex. The definition of underaged in this case is 18, since it happened in California.

She's a witch. I realize it probably wont go to trial, so i'm glad her credibility is shot.

I also blame her for Bourdain's death. She will continue to fuck up though. She is self destructive and things will continue to catch up to her.

...like I said, he's been talking about suicide for nearly 20 years...whether her perceived infidelity is what pushed him over the edge is debatable...he was obviously a weak minded individual.

...the issue in this case is not rape by force or under what situations a male might get a boner, it's about statutory rape.
