Which would be 2 weeks over the timetable of 3 weeks the Blazers have set for Camby's return...

What will the Blazers' record be without him?

CHI

@DET

NO

Predicting games so far out is tough because I don't feel like looking up b2b's or anything else like that. Instead it'll probably most likely be either 7-6, 6-7 or 5-8. 5-8 makes this team 28-28 and Camby would return after that.

season over

I dunno. This team has an incredible ability to get the most out of it's garbage players. They play up or down depending on the level of competition. They rarely get blown out, yet they rarely ever blow out other teams. I would believe a 11-2 run, or a 2-11 run. There's just no telling.

tonight is big cause then we have a little breathing room.

My advice is to just remove any and all expectations for wins and losses and just try to pick out little moments or individual achievements and/or growth from guys like LMA, Wesley and Batum to wrap your brain around and glean whatever enjoyment you can from that. Pinning hopes to the record at this point seems like a pretty grim way to take in the next three weeks.

This is the Blazers....not the 76ers.

Keep that glass half-empty.

There's a solid chance we could get both Roy and Camby back after the All Star break.

Wow, what a homer take. The season is already over...the Grizzlies GM said he doesn't expect the Blazers' success to last. I think when the GM of the Grizzlies is skeptical, that's pretty much the end.

It doesn't really matter if his team has no success either. IMO the Clippers will probably pass the Grizz later in the season, and probably be barking on Portlands heels for the number 8 spot.

I would guess near .500 ball. 3 games are against what I consider contenders. 2 games against a team of roughly the same toughness but with better luck health wise, New Orleans. Then you have 8 games against teams which find a way to lose on most nights they play. Since the Blazers are a short handed right now, they will probably drop a few of them. That would probably put it near somewhere near .500 ball, and probably about 30 to 31 wins when the stretch is done. The wildcards are games like Denver, where I am not sure which team will show up, and if Carmello becomes a distraction too hard to overcome.

Yeah, the Blazers incredible string of good luck has to run out some time.

It's not all bad if a glass is only 30% full. For instance, if it was only 30% full of Guinness, that would probably mean I drank the other 70%.

I think it got spilled this time unfortunately. A crime beyond reckoning.

close to .500 with him or without him IMO. While Camby is a great vet, I think having Joel back basically gives us a fighting chance. Now if Joel cannot play 24-30 minutes a night, we will be in trouble.
