Ellsbury really needs to find his stroke again. And more consistancy from Teixeira & McCann wouldn't hurt either. I'm sorry did I say MORE? I should have said SOME.

Napoli with his 8000th homer against the Yankees. Greene has three balls on everyone. Might be a short day for him if he keeps pitching like this.
 
Holy shit, here we go again. Already down 2-0. Its amazing how the Yankees could make even the worst teams look like they're playoff contenders.

He's already at 44 pitches & we're only in the 2nd innings.
 
3-0 and over 50 pitches in two innings.

Jeter on 3rd one out tied 3-3. C'mon Tex a simple fly ball & we got the lead.

Instead a weak groundout. YOU SUCK!!

Beltran single. Yanks lead 4-3.
 
Another bases loaded failure by the Yankees to put some distance between themselves and the opposition. Could be a very long game up there, Greene is not delivering the mail well at all to this point.
 
I'm not getting the game on TV or Radio, but I thought I just saw a ticker tape, that Tex just parked one, and Yanx are up 5-3.....where did everyone go....!
 
This could be ANOTHER example of a dumb baseball rule. Girardi just removed Greene from the game after going 4 2/3rds & leading 5-3. Kelly came in to get the final out of the 5th. If Kelley doesn't throw another pitch this game & the Yankees win, Kelley will get the win. So yeah you could file this under ANOTHER dumb MLB rule.

will end after 9PM. These two teams play the most laborious baseball
ever played. Too bad neither team has a pitcher to mow 'em down

...meh, I could care less who gets the win, as long as they win.
 
Damn, Ellsbury's average is sinking faster then the Titanic.

Now 3 for his last 34 that has seen his average drop from 293-276

u would think girardi would wake the f up 1 day and throw 1 at the cabrera's, delmon youngs, the napoli's of the baseball world for being yankee killers, but then again you wouldn't
