Cashman assessments of injured players has been wrong all year. I really question our medical staffs ability to not treat, but to rehab players properly. I understand that in Jeter's case he is most likely lying to get on the field but this has been a freak of a year.

...I can't fault Cashman or the medical staff for the rash of injuries this year. Some teams are simply hit harder than others during some years.
