It's really no surprise to those of us in the private sector. We're scared shitless and when we're scared we don't invest.

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Try telling that to a family living on the streets in an Obamaville cardboard shack, scraping by to almost feed their children.

See what kind of a response you get.

I think I just did.

So...when Democrats are in control of the senate and house, the lack of jobs are their faults if the president is a Republican. If Republicans are in control of the house and have a decent say in the senate but the President is a Democrat, it's the presidents fault. Gotcha.

So all these jobs plans that the Republicans in the House have had are...where now?

As we all know, Presidents get too much credit when times are good and too much blame when times are bad.

But I think you'd have to agree that the first two years of Obama's administration when the left got every single thing they wanted, there were some great mistakes made that is clearly part of the problem we still have. To a certain degree, he has to take the hit as he's the man in charge.

GHW Bush and more recently the Senate and House were fired.

Where are the job plans? Passed by the House, never get voted on in the Senate. At least the House is putting the brakes on the reckless spending.

Waaait a second..I'll agree that the first 2 years haven't been very good, but on what planet did the left get "every single thing they wanted"?!?

We're still in Iraq, right? Gitmo is still open, right? There isn't a single player health care system, right? He didn't overturn a lot of the things Bush did, right?

got everything the left wanted. That's rich.

Obama is commander in chief. He can bring the troops home any time he wants. Vote for him again.

What if the Republican job plan is to massively reduce the size and scope of the Federal Government, lowering corporate taxes and ridding us of thousands of regulations? IMO, the best the government can do when it comes to long term job creation is to help create the atmosphere to make the private sector secure enough to make investments confidently.

For example, have you seen the shit going down at Gibson guitars? If not, search the news. It's fucking crazy.

Great news.

I love seeing hardcore Dems squealing in frustration.

They had carte blanche to whatever they wanted. So they got what they wanted.
