Yeah, I didn't say you did. I was just saying it's not beyond the scope of possibility that I would invoke Zimmerman's name in one of the many threads started in order to react against the reaction to his acquittal.

How is it so difficult for you to see charging him did a whole lotta no good? Let's see. Police/Detectives didn't think there was enough to convict. They were right. They let people screaming racism, including the President, influence them and they made the choice to prosecute. Ended up being a whole lotta wasted time and money. And people are back to screaming racism because he got off.

and the parents. these kids were clearly the victims of society at large. A racist white society which makes it impossible for them to leave the street hustle game.

basically why they said they were bored is because if they said "because he was a creepy azz cracka", they'd get some hate crime charges or at a minimum it would be worse and backlash. them saying "because we were bored" is a deflectionary excuse to hide their more sinister motives.

"because we were bored" = less culpability. basically its to get life in prison vs death sentence.

Well, this was a popular meme about 3-4 years ago. I believe its Kwame Kilpatrick, the ex-mayor of Detroit, not sure...gotta find the story behind it.

edit: it was some firefighter the other guys were hazing and let him eat dogfood. he sued for racism.

Allegedly, yes. I try not to believe everything I read on the internet. But some fairly reputable sources indicate they chose whitey for a reason.

I freely admit that in my younger days, I was far more interested in instigating shit. But I'm not 19 anymore.

But if people don't fall for the bait, they won't do it anymore.

I enjoy a large majority of users here. Some of them would be surprised that I enjoy their posts. The few I can't stand, I'm upfront with and they know about it.
