From MSN.com: James Francis Edwards Jr., 15, and Chancey Allen Luna, 16, were charged with murder. A third teenager, Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, was charged with being an accessory to murder after the fact and with firing a weapon. All were charged as adults, according to the Stephens County District Attorney’s Office.

I'd like to hear how this went down. So, what, did the third kid just shoot the guy after the fatal shots were fired? Is that what that means? Other, earlier articles made it seem like the victim was still up and on his feet and collapsed and nobody else was around at the time. So I'm assuming these early reports maybe were a little bit off on the story.

Thats what I thought too.

Not because I think that crime is always 'white on black' but that our society has created a weird stereotype for Oklahoma, in that it's a mostly redneck/white area.

3rd kid ratted out the first 2 kids in exchange for reduced charges.

Well, this was a slightly bit different case.

And being shot in the back is often a huge piece of the prosecution in any sort of shooting case. It's one huge piece of evidence DA's and prosecutors consider before deciding on what charges to file, if any.
