I'd imagine that one method of combating rape is to reduce the number of repeat rapists.

Whether you believe the claims of 50% recidivism, 88%, 93%, whatever...if it's 1%, it's more than it needs to be. Are there that many people opposed to things like, I don't know, death penalty for child and repeat rapists, or castration for first-timers?

In the video they said that you're in so much pain that you can't even walk. So I'm pretty sure the victim will be able to get away just fine without getting murdered. I'm not saying it'll work every time, some will fight the pain, but most likely will be too focused on their penis more than getting back at them
