ADVERTISEMENT The infant's name was subsequently dropped from a list of people accused of robbing bus passengers last week, according to Sunit Kumar, senior police officer in the town of Muzzafarpur in the poor and lawless state of Bihar."We will conduct an investigation to find out how this happened in the first place," Kumar told Reuters by telephone.Villagers were angered when a police team arrived with a list of accused, including the boy."How could our little Praveen be named an accused?" said Shakila Devi, the child's mother.Kumar said the boy may have been named by the complainant "with a malicious intent." -------...
