For once, I hope something sticks. I'm kind of tired of all these bombshells turn into snap-its instead of an m-80.

i don't know what snap-its are. I do know what an M-80 is. I was once 12 years old. I also remember lady fingers and one and one half inchers. I'm presuming snap-its are just lady fingers. I use to love fireworks. Lost interest in them the older I grew until I eventually reached the point somewhere around 40ish where I began advocating for their abolition.
We use to go down on the beach at Gearhart and shoot off fireworks including illegal ones over the ocean in full view of the police on the 4rth of July. You just had to aim out over the ocean. That was 30 or40 years ago. Probably a lot different now.

The Attorney General has no power to fire Southern District of New York Justice Department attorney Berman. The President does have that power. A new prosecutor can only be appointed by either approval of the Senate or by a Federal Judge.
