Pretty sure everybody on the planet regardless of affiliation has known both those things are true for decades......not a news flash as much as the status quo unfortunately...but Trump won't win this one I assure you...he has more closet GOP enemies than folks think and they already got the tax cuts and supreme court judges they wanted all along...whoever loses an election usually bitches about it...but this one is more than just an election...it's damage control

Exactly. That's why the argument that, "Some Trump voters weren't racist, they just felt economic anxiety, which is completely valid!" doesn't resonate with me. I agree that not all Trump voters voted for him because of his racist positions and posturing--but they all voted for him despite those racist positions and posturings, which means that they're comfortable with that. When the argument boils down to "they're not racist, they're just okay with racism," I don't think a very good point is being made.

Mags, I had to search through six pages of this thread just to find a nothing burger. Yep, out of the 105 posts prior to yours I had to spend time looking for my post that you meant to reference. Please give a person some sort of reference so they'll figure out what the heck you're talking about.

I was not referring to an official investigation but rather a bunch of pin heads who tried to find something on their own. All you had to do was ask me to clarify.

I presumed that you meant an official investigation. Was I wrong?

hey mags, why is your boy now discounting what the CDC advises and tossed away the guidelines they set up? We have places all over the USA opening up and haven't even come close to meeting the minimum guidelines set up by his task force and the CDC and now he downplays the need for testing.In fact, he even said if we didn't test we would have fewer cases. Can you explain to us common folk how that can happen? Just don't test and all the corona cases go away?

You know how Trump says the virus will just magically disappear?

It's related to Trumps weird obsession with projection/accusing others of stuff he's done. In this case, "Obamagate" will just disappear, and no one will care about it again, but the nutbar conspiracy freaks who spout this stuff like it's true.

It'll be like Pizza gate, or the birth certificate.

A group will get together and see that their enemies did something that is A: legal B: done all the time and C: kind of confusing and act like it's a smoking gun.

And because people are easily tricked into believing the guy who eats cat litter on YouTube is a genius, they believe it.

If even true, why is that? Maybe it's because more people see the shit that trump and his clan pull on a daily basis so they gravitate to the opposite side. Just like in this forum, the majority don't like trump.
 
I think all forms of media are bias and its been that way for some time and it will continue AT. There are many issues that in our society that people have differing views on and when you combine that with politicians, lobbyist, media & money you get the prominent bias of media, and ratings from viewership that are like the fans that fill the Rose Garden on game night, they usually root for a certain side.

Crazy to see the same hardcore anti-Trump people in here once again doing pre-election victory laps. Their attention spans can only be described as fish-like. The biggest silver lining to a Trump presidency has been (and may again be) watching these people’s heads explode in fits of toddler rage.
