Yankees have 2 in the top 100... Tanaka at #4 (who really isn't a prospect) and Gary Sanchez at #35...

In contrast:
-the Red Sox have 8 including their top in at #2.
-Baltimore have 3
-Toronto have 2
-Tampa has 1 (#67)
-the Twins have 4, but 2 of them are in the top 10 (#1 & #6)
-Mets have 4
-Cubs have 7 (and also have 2 in top 10; #5 & #8)
-Phillies have 3
-Rangers have 5
etc.

Heathcott and Williams are very athletic and talented outfielders with very good speed and slashing batting styles.

Gary Sanchez - according to MOST is a prime time hitter who happens to be a catcher. He has a strong arm and needs to refine other defensive techniques.
He could become one of the VERY BEST hitters of the whole group.

Murphy is already classified as having "good" defensive skills and is NOT a bad hitter who should mature in a few years. Don't be surprised if you see him sooner than later.

Judge is a huge man with big time power and surprising speed, athleticism and a good throwing arm. He should put up good power numbers with his eyes closed but may strike out alot <---- so what else is new?

Eric Jagielo, 3b - from a big time baseball school (Notre Dame), good lefty hitter (YANKEE STADIUM ha ha ) and shows enough defensive skills to remain a major league 3bman.

Ian Clarkin - a rare first round LEFT HANDED starting pitcher chosen by the Yankees. I'll let you and others fill in the possible blanks.

So what do we have here? A CRAP SHOOT, just like all the other "top" prospects from other organizations.

The Yanks will be alright. Munson to Mattingly to Jeter

The ball will keep rollling.
