What a cheapskate. Hell, I gave a bum an entire dollar the other day, and I don't have 7 houses.

They don't like being called "bums". It is a derogatory term. You should be ashamed for using that. The correct term is now trash-gendered.

No, it was a bum, a nice round one. She turned her back and I put the bill in her bum crack.

Here is the bigger picture. The "Upper" level will actually all be on the ground as the field is in a bowl. Next they are not trying to cover the stadium. Not to mention this stadium is actually very small. The Timbers field is as i remember the smallest size legal for MLS play. They also only have 20,000 seats. The original statement was about building a baseball stadium. Usually 40,000 seats and then going back later and putting a roof on it. Yes i laughed out loud reading it.
And no there is no Joke on Me here.
Hahaha joke is completely on you!

Want to know the funny thing about a large outdoor sports venue. It was actually a better and probably more affordable idea the first time they thought about it. The just didn't think they could attract a team. Don't see how that would be a problem this time with NFL teams moving every five minutes and baseball expansion.

When Lewis and Clark came to Oregon in 1803, they proposed a large stadium be built where downtown is today.

So because he worked his ass off and succeeded, he shouldn't get ss?

He gives about a quater to charity, so ya, I'm good with that

I didn't say I believe in it (cuz I don't) I was asking if you did to try to illustrate a larger point which completely backfired because you sound like you don't believe in means testing).
Typically those same billionaires who are taking public money are for means testing.
My point is that if you're for means testing SSI get the FUCK back when you ask for public money.
