He was temporarily suspended, but then we gave him a chance to contact me via AIM and talk about the situation in a mature way, and instead, he used that opportunity to harrass and hurl misdirected insults at me. Besides, that was his third suspension anyway, and we were being lenient as is. Third strike, and he's out.

Just read his comments in the Random Thought Thread, he was being immature, and he could have just continued arguing without the immature insults but I guess he couldn't hold it. On the topic of banning and what not, couldn't the person just make another account?
