I listened to it for one reason and that was to hear what he thought he needed to work on the most. Thankfully he said it. "My Strength"
Easier said than done while preparing and playing in the Olympics. He needs to take about a 2 week vacation and then hit the weight room hard. He also needs to take the Scottie Pippen approach and lift most mornings even during the olympics.
At 6'8" and only about 200 lbs he easily needs 10 more lbs of muscle
