- Early researchers of the number killed by Stalin's regime were forced to rely largely upon anecdotal evidence, and their estimates range as high as 60 million.List of places named after Stalin (What an egomaniac).http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_place...ed_after_StalinOraşul Stalin, 1951-1961 ? Braşov, Romania Qyteti Stalin, 1950-1990 ? Ku?ov?, Albania Stalin, 1949-1956 ? Varna, Bulgaria Stalinabad, 1929-1961 ? Dushanbe, Tajikistan Stalingrad, 1925-1961 ? Duna?jv?ros, Hungary He turned Russia from nothing into a world superpower in 30 years. He killed tens of millions of people, he was paranoid about people being against him, he killed most of his advisors over his 30 years and he made his son the youngest general in the military and he's quoted as saying 'i'll only be alive as long as my dad is living'...When Stalin died his son was thrown in prison and his family was deported...probably the most evil man to ever live...I don't think he gets enough attention in history classes in this country.
