Yesterday, I was at the train station and I saw this 50 year old man checking out these two 12 year old girls infront of me. He was seriously staring at their butts and he had a dirty look in his eyes like he was desperate to try something. I hope the UK develops something like this soon so I can see how many of these people live in my area.
