The NHL lottery has always been fixed. I never believed it wasn’t.

Yeah, just like when we got Lafreniere. Original 6 team getting the # 1 pick, or Anaheim, that was a no brainer. Positive for us is Caps and Flyers didn't move up, CBJ fell to 3rd, and the top two picks go to West teams. Overall good for us.
