Yea same here. If I eat before a game,I usually get a huge stomache after. Annoys the crap outta me.
With basketball I'd usually eat a bowl of cereal (Vector mostly) before the game. When I play soccer, I never eat anything 2-3 hours before, because I'm constantly running and the hungry feeling I get keeps me alert.
^^dont you have to be at the game before then??? 40 minutes and you rstill eating, that is weird for me. we have to be at games to watch the 9th, 10th, and JV teams play.
I always get stomach aches before the game because I get really nervous so I don't eat much. Usually just an energy bar or an energy shake and then when I step onto the court my adrenaline takes over and I feel fine.
Pasta is the best before a game, lots of carbohydrates in it. then a banana at half time. thats why they call me.................BANANA MAN!LOL! thats true
i dont know how anyone can eat before games. i get really nervous and if i eat anything it makes me feel like throwing up. of course when i get on the court and play for like 2 or 3 minutes or so, ill be good. its just before the games that bugs me
