...yes, because the youngsters are immune from injury...it's not just the Yanx, look around the league...players get hurt, young and old.
who is more likely to get hurt playing (pick a sport): you or your teenage children (if you have any)? yes, players of all ages get hurt, but the older they are the higher the likelihood they get hurt and/or go through cold streaks. The Yanks have a lot of aging players through their lineup. Surely you realize this.

...thank you.
I think the point that was trying to be made was that if you put a 40 year old & a 20 year old in a foot race that not only would the 20 year be healthier enough to win 95% of the time but he'd also be less likely to pull a hammy of cramp up. JMO
...^^^Cervelli and his hammy say hello.
His PED use says hello also.
The bottom line is that the Yankees need to get younger. They're old and there's no way around that. Over the course of 162 games in what you have to believe is a post PED era the younger teams will usually be much better off.
Beltran 37
Soriano 38
Jeter 39
Ichiro 40
Roberts 36
Tex 34
...yes, that explains why he pulled his hammy this year and not last year...keep reaching.

You get younger in 2015, assuming ARod isn't back.
You have no idea at what he used, for how long and what it did to his body.
...No, what they need to do is play up to their ability...and withe exception of Beltran and Soriano, they pretty much are.
Ah, he took HGH to speed his recovery FROM injury. No link between HGH use and injuries. You're confusing PEDs with anabolic steroids again. Do I need to hold chemistry class again?
...and neither do you...keep reaching.
Play to what ability? What are you expecting from players at this age? Folks including some GMs need to stop judging players based on the PED era. Go back to the 80s when this is clearly the age when guys would fall off a cliff production wise. It's called your career coming to an end.
What we know is that he was suspended for the use of PEDs.

Right and HGH according to studies has also been known to promote resistance to injuries. So therefore it would be logical to suggest that a rash of injuries could be attributed to the fact that these guys aren't talking the damn drugs anymore.
...LMAO...yeah, that's gotta be the reason.
...but according to your earlier logic, because Cervelli is younger he should be much less prone to injury...right?
