They're treating it as a murder-suicide right now, saying he killed his wife and son over the weekend and then killed himself today. If that's true, it's even worse.

The AP reported that law enforcement officials close to the investigation have confirmed the current belief that Chris Benoit strangled wife Nancy with an electrical chord on Saturday, smothered his son with a bag on Sunday and then hung himself in his basement/weight room on Monday.

I read...

He killed his wife for whatever reason, his son has a DNA disease which he cannot communicate well with other people and its hard for his son to make eye contact... Benoit must have felt his son couldnt get the right treatment for the disease with his mum dead and dad in prision or dead so benoit thought the only way to get him out of his life of pain was to kill his son and take him into the next world with him..
