horesradish on oysters? wtf is wrong with people?
Kinda knew the chef, Gabe Rucker, from our kids' school. does great work. Nice guy. But as someone who serves oysters daily...no.
I hate Oysters so no loss for me there either way.
 
I can't stand oysters.

Chicken and waffles great, made it New Year's with hot honey (honey melted with hot sauce).
 
Never knew I liked oysters until I started working with them. Fresh well sourced oysters? Chefs kiss. But, to each their own. @JFizzleRaider, that meal looks amazing. They do a great job there! Good get back there soon
Yeah, idk. It's a texture thing for me and I don't care much for the taste either.

I like Octopus sushi, for some reason that texture doesn't bother me.
 
Oysters are very polarizing. You either love them or hate them. Not much in between.

I happen to love them. Preferred raw. It’s the closest thing you can eat to tasting the sea.

I've seriously heard great things about it. But when I look at the menu I just can't get too excited about it. So even though I live here I've never actually eaten there.
