Best idea yet for the F.A to Consider

Ok here is my thoughts on the F.A, they should make the whole of the football league teams go into the prequalifying rounds of the f.a cup and make non-league and conference teams inb the fa cup 3rd round, this way the smaller teams have a chance at the cup, and the big teams will have to prove if they are worthy of a place in the next round, who agrees
