Yeh i heard that ones pretty good.

I play Football Manager so i don't really use them but heres some i've heard are pretty good.

I have played all those games (hattrick, etc.),
BUT

<font color="blue">Trophy Manager</font> is my favourite- the best online game i have ever played.

When you get a team you will be able to play with other human teams
from your Division. Each Division has 18 teams. You can also play friendly
games with your friend's team. After the season end you can promote to
the higher League or relegate to the lower.

Best teams in the country play will qualify to play in the International Tournaments.

One day you can even be the National Team Manager.
All players have skills which can rise and drop like in the real world.
You can train these skills. You can setup up to training groups each
with own training skills and additionally the goalkeepers group!

You will be ablle to upload logo of your team, choose kit design,
sponsor company and publish the press-announcement.

It is even better than PC manager games because you are playing with
real human managers.
