Have absolutely loved the BEAR. Sometimes wanders a bit, but I really enjoy it.

Not saying it isn't good. Just saying it's a drama and not really a comedy. Labeled that way to be able to win more awards.

Got Apple+ last week and started Severance. Everyone has said wait a couple episodes and it's gets better, but I'm really just not feeling it. On episode 5 and it's just giving me Lost vibes. Like, there's enough unanswered questions in my day-to-day life, I don't need more..
Just finished the first season and it did get better. It took the whole damn season though.

Just got booked by UFC for their first fight in Vegas mid September. Not sure where it’s airing. This might be it FAMS!

Hell yeah. I don’t typically work ufc ones but they tend to put Power Slap events near ufc ones and I’ll typically work those, I’ll hit you up if I do!

Well Season 2 will piss you off! I’m listening to podcasts and reading reviews and STILL HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS HAPPENING!

Reading MY posts is award winning pure comedy……
YOURS…..straight DRAMA!

Ha

I did play Macbeth

Wait that's tragedy.

Highly recommend Adolescence on Netflix! Only 4 episodes, all right around an hour and don't want to get into too many details but will say it's shot in a very specific and unique way. We could have watched all 4 in one day, even if the subject matter is very weighty.

Downloading it to watch on the upcoming road trip. Heard good things.

Going to be in NYC on Sunday and hoping to make it to The Garden for the game. Never been to MSG and just so happen that the wife's cousin is getting married the same weekend (out on Long Island) that the Blazers are in town.

Should be mandatory watching for parents of younger kids.

Let me know where you’re sitting. Rock some of the scarlet and black and we’ll try to get you on tv my guy!

I'm hearing from friends that The Life List on Netflix is really good.
FYI - The recommendation is from female friends as this seems to be kind of a "chick flick". I'll probably watch it with my girlfriend this weekend.

Anyone watch The Curse on Showtime?

What a crazy twist. Nathan Fielder is amazing.

I watched the 1st episode. Waited for it to get good. It didn't. By your review, I'm glad we didn't "stick with it" to see if it got good.
It got good. Don't listen to HCP!

Finished Adolescence on this road trip…..HOLY GUT PUNCH BATMAN. That’s a downer!

Speaking of downers and getting punched in the gut….. The new season of The Last of Us comes out next week. Gonna rewatch Season 1 to refresh….I remember it being brutally depressing.

Play the video games first. Nerd.

But was it good? worth watching?
Man, I don’t know. It’s getting great reviews and is like NETFLIX’s most watched show ever or something, but it’s a downer is all I’ll say. Don’t want to spoil anything for ya. Actually, it’s not as depressing as watching your Beavs play any sport whatsoever, so you should be fine! #BAM

Running Point is no Ted Lasso but it’s a good binge watch comedy show.
Gotta agree even though it's not my "normal" kind of show. Kinda like if the Buss family was running the Clippers. But the very best part (spoiler alert) was that Portland beat the "Waves" in the Western conference Finals. And with today's ownership, about the only way Portland is gonna get that far is in a fictional sit com......

Hey man, sorry….just seeing this. Hope you had fun at the game
No worries ... I got wrapped up in the vacay and didn't see your post until Sunday. Garden was cool, can feel the history for sure! Wife's cousin had a hell of a time with tickets and 3rd party apps but that's a whole other story. Just wish the guys wouldn't have taken a nap to end the 3rd and start the 4th quarters but oh well. Got to cross another sports mecca off my list, so all in all it was a good day!
