Best way to kill someone, how would you do it?

I recently had a conversation with a friend on the most creative ways to kill people - partially inspired by "The book of bunny suicides". Tell me, what would be the most creative and stealthy way of ending someone's life? Don't say something like "go on a shooting rampage".

Personally, I'd put kerosene instead of water in those fire extinguishers that automatically go off. The whole building would erupt in a few seconds, and the victims would NEVER expect it.

I'd replace someone's contact solution/saline solution with Hydrocloric acid, and put just a tad bit in their contact case. Next time they change contact, their eyes will feel like they've been set on fire, then they'll likely use the contact solution directly on their eye, resulting in at the very least horrible facial disfiguration + blindness.

As horrible as the idea of performing surgery with most of the needed drugs (e.g. antiemetics, muscle paralysing agents etc) bar anaesthetics, the doctors and anaesthetists would get sued pretty heavily (possibly deregistered) for doing this.

Put it this way, as they cut you open with a scalpel and blood is drawn from that wound, you cannot scream in pain. All of your muscles are paralysed so all you can do is watch in pain as they continue to cut out and operate parts of your body.

Pack snow down their throat until they suffocate.
Snow melts and water goes into their stomach, leaving no trace (of course an expert would be able to find what happened, but laymen/doctors who weren't looking for it would be confused, and I'd like to see the forensic master who gets prints off of water).

depending what the person did, i think straping them to a table and with an butcher knife start at the feet taking of little bits at a time, just cutting like an inch off at a time, and keep going, inch after inch of bone and flesh coming off
