When I was in the 5th grade, the school I attended had a population number of some 33% Russian, IIRC. And almost all of them were the nastiest assholes you could possibly imagine. But they were absolute pussies when it came to fighting.

I would say most, if not all, people that hold high Federal jobs are out of touch with the people, in both parties.

Biden worked with many agencies over the 8 years. He performed very well. He also has a very deep understanding of how our Govt. works.
